We combine creativity, engineering expertise, and precision manufacturing to deliver innovative display solutions that drive sales.Position Overview:This is a full-time remote role for a Production Manager at Sunbelt Displays, Inc. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacture of products. This includes managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining quality control, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production process, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production operations for POP display projects.Manage production schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure on-time delivery.Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth transition from concept to manufacturing.Monitor production metrics (quality, output, efficiency, waste) and implement process improvements.Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.Oversee vendor and materials coordination to ensure supply chain reliability.Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.Ensure adherence to budgets, quality standards, and client specifications.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in production management, ideally within POP displays, printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industry.Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop teams.Solid understanding of production workflows, materials, and fabrication processes (wood, metal, plastic, print, etc.).Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with production management software, ERP/MRP systems, and MS Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.).A collaborative, creative environment with a focus on innovation and quality.Employment Type
