We serve private villas, residential complexes, hotels, government and private sector projects, and educational institutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Ushairat Sudair for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the manufacturing process, manage production schedules, and ensure that products are made to the highest quality standards. The role involves coordinating with different departments, maintaining equipment, and improving production efficiency to meet deadlines and optimize resources.Key Responsibilities:•Plan, organize, and control the production process to ensure targets are metefficiently.•Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations and production staff.•Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and production deadlines areconsistently met.•Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reducewaste.•Collaborate with installation, design, purchasing, and logistics teams tomaintain smooth workflow.•Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.•Prepare production reports and KPIs for management review.Qualifications & Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relatedfield.•Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or similar industry.•Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills.•Proficient in production planning systems and lean manufacturing principles.•Experience in working with ERP systems.•Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Work Location: Sudair Industrial City
