Production Manager

Job Introduction:Production Manager is a critical role responsible for the effective planning, execution, and improvement of our production operations. In this position, you will manage production processes and support continuous improvement by working closely with production teams to meet quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets.Company Introduction:In this position, you will be working at our Sivas factory, which was acquired by Volex in 2023. Murat Ticaret is a leading manufacturer of cable harnesses and battery cables designed for off-road vehicles and specialty vehicles. Murat Ticaret currently employs approximately 4000 people across its various production facilities in Turkey.Key Responsibilities:Planning, coordination and management of production processesEnsuring increased productivity and quality in productionImplementation of lean production techniquesTraining, guidance, and performance evaluation of the production teamExecution of production-related budget and cost planningEnsuring production complies with quality standards and safety regulationsStock management and inventory controlRequirements and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in production, manufacturing processes, and automation (experience in cable harness production is a strong advantage)Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsSolid understanding of engineering and technology principlesExcellent command of English, both written and spokenProficiency in MS Office applications.
