We are seeking a passionate and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic Bilthoven team, helping us lead the way as the global leader in orthobiologics.Position OverviewAs a hands-on Production Manager at Kuros, you will oversee production operations in Bilthoven, managing a team to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across the production floor.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Operational Management: Develop SOPs, oversee daily production activities, and ensure production targets for quality, output, and delivery are met.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations teams in the Netherlands and the US, aligning production with business objectives and supporting new product introductions.Maintenance & Quality Compliance: Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and internal quality systems. Collaborate with QA/RA to resolve non-conformances.Process Improvement: Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and 6S initiatives to improve process efficiency and reduce waste. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and optimize operations.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s/Master degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Biology, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.Experience: 3-5+ years of production management experience in regulated industries, preferably MedTech.Skills: Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
