Production Operator - Start People

Wat je gaat doenAs a packaging operator, you contribute to the smooth progress of the packaging process within our production department in Breda. You work with both automatic and manual packaging machines and ensure that the packaging meets the required quality standards. In a three-shift system, you work together with an informal and close-knit team, resolving technical malfunctions and performing minor maintenance tasks. Your role requires a combination of technical skills, accuracy, and a proactive work attitude.What you will do:Operate and set up: automatic and manual packaging machines to ensure an efficient process.Perform: quality checks and document any deviations according to established standards.Resolve: technical malfunctions and carry out minor maintenance in collaboration with the technical department.Monitor: the packaging process and ensure efficient and safe working practices.Collaborate: with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth production flow.Wat we je biedenWe can offer you the following:A gross monthly salary from €3,400 to €3,800.A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.Work in a three-shift system.Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.8.33% holiday allowance and a good pension scheme.On-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company.Functie-eisenDo you recognize yourself in the following?
