If you enjoy working with machines, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced operation, this could be the opportunity for you.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Production Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating equipment and supporting daily feed production. Your responsibilities will include:Working with machines, equipment & computer systems to produce animal feedCompleting required paperwork for assigned tasksFollowing manufacturing practices & safety policiesFollowing housekeeping standardsOperation of plant equipment to achieve daily production targetsPerforming troubleshooting and minor repairs on machinesCommunicating any changes in product flow, equipment malfunctions, shortages or deviations from specifications to Team Lead or MaintenanceCollecting raw material and final product samples and performing tests to ensure raw material and final product meet specificationsMeasuring & weighing of ingredientsFollowing quality standards and ensuring proper documentation for feed safetyWhat you’ll bring:Willingness and ability to learn new processes and equipmentStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPositive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethicAbility to lift up to 25 kgStrong oral and written communication skillsBasic computer knowledgeExperience in a production or manufacturing environment is an assetWhy join us?
