Production Planner : GBP 30,000Sector: ManufacturingOur client, a well:established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring smooth operations, efficient scheduling, and on:time delivery of products.The Role: As Production Planner, you will coordinate production schedules, manage materials, and ensure resources are aligned to meet customer demand. You will work closely with departments across manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics to balance efficiency with flexibility.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed production plans and schedules: Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines: Liaise with procurement to ensure material availability: Communicate with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts: Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in production efficiencyThe Ideal Candidate: Experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials coordination within a manufacturing environment: Strong analytical and organisational skills: Excellent communication and problem:solving abilities: Confident using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel: Proactive and able to thrive in a fast:paced setting
