Job Title: Quality Control Engineer  ( LV Panels )    Location: Industrial zone - Giza – Egypt Job Type: Full-time Company Overview: NESSTRA Egypt (A Certified Schneider Electric Type Tested Panel Builder) is a subsidiary of the NESSTRA Service (UK) Ltd, owned by The Hitti Group, Specializes in Low Voltage Switchgear Manufacturing with over 5000m2 factory area in Egypt. Latin America. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing, inspection, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures. - Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. - Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. - Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including reports, inspection records, and quality metrics. - Train and mentor team members on quality control practices and standards. - Participate in audits (internal and external) to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electric ) or equivalent experience. - ( 3-5 ) years of experience in quality control or production [Schneider Panels is recommended]. - Knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, Statistical Process Control). - Proficient in using inspection tools and software (e.g., calipers, micrometers, statistical software). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
