New Job Opportunity - Plant Production Shift Supervisor - 24 Month Fixed Term 28/28 rotation contract.Location: Basra, IraqContract type: International (expatriate) assignment. 24 Month Fixed-term, 28/28 rotational contract. Language requirements: Fluent in English (upper-intermediate level)We are looking for a Plant Production Shift Supervisor within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. Monitor and control production parameters for all oil and gas production processes. Coordinate the daily activities of production operators. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Supervise chemical stocks, injections and associated results. Provide operator input and feedback to maintenance programmes and production planning activities.Skills and experience required:Degree or diploma in an engineering or technical discipline. Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Fluency in written and spoken English. Solid knowledge of production equipment, operations and processes within the oil and gas sector. Excellent understanding of maintenance procedures and operational practices. Proficiency in data management and computer literacy.
