Production Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for supervising production operations to ensure high-quality output, efficient workflow, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role includes managing daily production, guiding the team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring timely delivery of products.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.Provide training and on-the-job guidance to team members.Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Monitor and prioritize workflow to meet production schedules.Coordinate with the maintenance team to keep machines operational.Report production, quality, or safety issues to management.Skills & Knowledge:Knowledge of production processes, dairy principles, and safety standards.Familiarity with production equipment and reporting procedures.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Experience & Education:Minimum 3 years of work experience (2 years relevant; GCC experience is a plus).Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
