Production Staff

Job Description:Prepare raw materials for processing, including cleaning, sorting, and grading when required.Operate equipment or machinery used in the processing activities.Carry out production processes in accordance with applicable standards and procedures to meet quality and safety requirements.Inspect products to ensure there are no defects or abnormalities, and remove items that do not meet the specified criteria.Package processed products and organize their storage.Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of processing equipment and the work area to maintain hygiene and efficiency standards.Assist in inventory control by tracking supplies, materials, and processed products to prevent shortages or overstock.Ensure storage standards are consistently met.Monitor the performance of daily production workers.Requirements:At least a diploma degree in a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in a similar fieldPhysical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objectsDetail-oriented and able to follow instructions and procedures accuratelyAble to work in a teams and communicate effectivelyFlexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, according to production schedule
