BenefitsAnnual Wage Supplement (AWS)Performance Bonus & Variable BonusCompany TripMedical BenefitsTraining and development opportunities.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Production Supervisor to lead factory operations, ensure compliance with international standards, and continuously improve production efficiency through strong leadership and lean practices.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and administer ISO 9001 Quality Management and ATEX, IECEX, CSA product compliance systems.Supervise production staff to improve efficiency, minimize downtime, and maintain optimal inventory through effective material flow management.Plan and optimize manpower and production capacity to meet daily targets and schedules.Ensure accurate reporting, effective shift communication, and implementation of lean and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMP/ISO, EHS, and other regulatory standards, ensuring high housekeeping levels.Lead and sustain the 8S workplace management system to promote safety, organization, and operational excellence.Analyze and resolve quality issues promptly; train and mentor team members to uphold high standards.Review and approve production records and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) activities.Manage employee communication, handle grievances with HR, and assess staff performance to promote teamwork and motivation.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in manufacturing.Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ATEX, IECEX, CSA, GMP, Lean, and 8S principles.Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to motivate teams and maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
