This is a hands-on role working a rotating shift pattern across days/nights/weekends, that will require a combination of line supervision and day-to-day tasks to meet performance targets, product quality and supply, whilst fostering a strong culture of health and safety.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a technical manufacturing environment coupled with strong people leadership skills. In addition to this you will have;A high degree of mechanical aptitude, technical know-how and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated experience in leading or contributing to Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and efficiency.The ability to influence, build partnerships and gain buy-in from manufacturing teamsExcellent planning and organisation skills coupled with high attention to detailHigh level of communication and interpersonal skills Able to work a rotating shift pattern of days/nights/weekendsThe OpportunityThis is a career opportunity that offers challenge, variety and scope!
