Production Support Analyst

We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.Experience: 10 yearsJob Mode: ContractWork Mode: On-siteKey Responsibilities: Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and/or mitigate outages.Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identifies root causes and recommends solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence.Ensure all incidents, incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively to meet application service levelsHelp in identifying, coordinating, and implementing initiatives/projects that promotes efficiency and optimization of daily processesProactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availabilityThe role is part of an on-call support team (on-rotation basis) that ensures production stability.Skills : Expert knowledge and experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve Expert knowledge and use of Mainframe tools such as; Endevor, File-Aid, Control-MAbout EncoraEncora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world's leading enterprises and digital native companies.
