You will be instrumental in ensuring efficiency, optimizing output, and driving continuous improvement within the paint facility.Have specific responsibilities for the optimization of the current equipment and identification of next generation equipmentFollow up Production Orders and close Production Orders on time (based on capacity and plan)Prioritise operations and materials to ensure maximum output and minimize delay / downtimeMonitor the Production Orders carried out on time and complete within the budget allocatedKeep paperwork organised and systematicWork with Managers to analyse job orders, develop production tasks, and scheduleTo follow up and work with the operation team towards meeting the KPI’S targetEnsure Safety and 5s operation meeting the requirementsTo coordinate weekly production report among production section supervisors. Join us to make a difference - and have fun while doing it.What You Bring To The RoleEssential Expertise in Paint Process Technology: Possess a Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Painting process management, including essential, hands-on knowledge of paint application (primer, base, clear coat, water/solvent-based) and understanding of related equipment and systems.Technical Documentation & Analysis: Demonstrate the ability to interpret engineering drawings and maintain visual indicators (e.g., Excel graphs) for clear communication of project status and countermeasure actions to senior management.Leadership and Process Management: Proven capability in planning, organizing, managing, and supervising processes, coupled with a strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and procedures, especially those related to painting.Advanced Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent proven written and verbal communication and negotiation skills at all organizational levels, with the necessary intercultural competencies to build and maintain effective working relationships.Problem-Solving and Drive for Improvement: Possess strong problem-solving and analysis skills with a commitment to teamwork to continuously improve the painting process and drive operational excellence.Ready to elevate your career?
