Job PurposeResponsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services team for the Spanish market, calculating Field Sales incentives; and supporting sales roles in the admin required to manage cold drink equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation and Incentive Management Establish and communicate commercial objectives periodically according to the specifications that appear in each of the collective agreements in Spain. Carry out daily and weekly monitoring of the objectives established by the salesperson and communicate them as well as the monthly closing Monitor sales incentive target achievements (monthly/quarterly) Calculate ad-hoc Incentives (e.g., prizes, peculiar targets) Send calculated payout to payroll and prepare communications of achieved bonusesEquipment Management Support Support the SAP admin in the generation of cold drink equipment requests, equipment movements and malfunction notifications.
