We are committed to create long-term value for the company and our stakeholders, while respecting the environment and, supporting the communities in which we operate.Sustainability | OMVPetrom.comYour tasksHandle and follow-up orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs;Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data;Handle and follow up export documents to assure they arrive in time for customs clearance at the destination;Keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available;Handles complaints and customer requests, provides information, appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Ensures registration and customer communication according standards;Processes and maintains complex customer related master data including contracts;Processes and tracks various customer requests and contracts fulfillments;Places, cancels or adjusts orders. Pro-actively follow-up order income.Your profileBachelor’s degree: Business Adiminstration or similar;Relevant professional experience: 2-3 years after Bachelor;Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;Track record of over-achieving objectives;Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;Customer orientation and ability to adpt/respond to different type of charcters;MS office + SAP/ other IT relevant systems (advantage);Advanced in English.
