Central Asian University is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Lecturer in International Business. The ideal candidate will bring academic excellence, innovative teaching methods, and a passion for preparing students to succeed in the global business environment. This role requires a strong background in international business education, research, and cross-cultural management.Teaching responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following courses:Principles of BusinessPrinciples of ManagementInternational Business NegotiationCross-Cultural ManagementBusiness CommunicationBusiness EthicsExecutive LeadershipEducationA basic qualification (minimum of 5 years for a Professor position) from a reputable institution in International Business, along with a postgraduate degree (Diploma, Master’s, PhD, or DSc) in the relevant field. Candidates should have demonstrated teaching or industry experience, with the ability to teach and assess both fundamental and advanced skills at the undergraduate level.Work Experience2–10 years of formal teaching experience in relevant disciplines after postgraduate studies.
