Our mission is to serve local communities by offering enriching and engaging childcare services. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Dungarvan for a Program Assistant. The Program Assistant will support the delivery of before-school, after-school, and holiday programs, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children. Daily tasks may include assisting in planning program activities, supervising children during play and learning activities, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth operation of programs. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.Experience or skills in Program Management and Administrative Assistance to support program activities and ensure smooth operations.Proficiency in Research and organizational skills to aid in planning and improving program offerings.Passion for working with children and promoting positive, enriching learning environments.Previous experience in childcare or education is highly beneficial.First-aid certification and Garda vetting (or willingness to obtain) are required.
