Academy Program Manager Location- 8/56 Station Street, ParramattaEmployment Type: Temporary up to 30 June 2026 with a possibility of extensionSalary- $129,464- 142,665 plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loadingYour roleMultilingual NSW Academy provides professional development for interpreters and translators, and internal teams. The Academy Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and strategic education, recruitment and engagement strategy that supports the growth and sustainability of the provision of language services. This role leads a team to develop and deliver professional development programs, recruitment and engagement strategies, and change management initiatives for diverse audiences of the organisation.What You’ll DoPlan, develop, deliver and evaluate the current and forward program of work, to meet the strategic objectives of Language Services, within budget allocationLead, promote and develop the Academy as an industry leader with strong education governance and the application of best practice adult learning practices and methodologies, a talent framework that enhances workforce capability to meet the expectations of the organisation and clients, and embodies a customer-centric and future focused outlookDevelop and report against a performance and engagement framework to track the effectiveness of Academy professional development programs and initiatives with a range of delivery modes (e.g face-to-face, virtual, self-paced), that inform a continuous improvement approachMaintain and establish stakeholder relationships that support the strategic direction and delivery of Academy programsYou will also lead a team, work collaboratively across the organisation and sector whilst driving a continuous improvement and customer-focused culture.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for motivated and committed individuals with:Relevant tertiary qualifications in adult education or equivalent experience in delivering L&D programs and servicesDemonstrated expertise and experience in the design and execution of training and development that lead to improvements and outcomes.Experience with using learning management systems and/or engaging with interactive platforms for learning outcomesDemonstrated expertise and experience in the design of programs related to workforce capability and changeExceptional communication skills with the ability to present and write for a diverse audienceDownload the role description.We focus on hiring people who share our commitment and goals of inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage and integrity.
