Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage projects ensuring timely and within budget deliveryDevelop project scopes and objectives with all stakeholdersEnsure resource availability, allocation, and a detailed project planMeasure project performance through appropriate toolsReport to management and manage client relationshipsPerform risk management to minimize project risksRequirementsProven experience as a Program Manager or relevant roleExcellent knowledge of project management tools and techniquesExperience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change managementProficiency in project management softwareOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
