Let's grow better together!The roleAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and self-motivated Program Manager (m/f/d) to become part of our dynamic team in Germany.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a contract portfolio in the area of parking programs and projects. The focus will be on customer satisfaction, the successful implementation of program objectives (products, solutions, and services), and the achievement of financial targets.It is an exciting time to become part of our company – with the opportunity to manage several innovative, complex and high-quality projects in Germany, with a long-term perspective on international responsibility.Your contributionDevelop the program strategy together with the management team and the account manager.Effective management of contract execution after signature, taking into account technical, legal, financial and customer-specific aspects.Leading the program team; setting key priorities and objectives; and managing internal stakeholder relationships and collaboration with partners and suppliers.Provide reliable forecasts and ensure that sufficient resources are available for timely project implementation, operational maintenance, and problem resolution.Responsibility for meeting schedules by ensuring cross-functional support.Act as the central contact person for the customer throughout the entire contract period.Your profileThe successful candidate will be independent and capable of managing multiple multi-million euro programs simultaneously. You will possess entrepreneurial thinking, experience in financial management and budgeting, and negotiation skills, particularly in contract negotiations.Your backgroundAt least 5 years of experience in program management, ideally in the areas of transport, mobility or software integration.Ability to align the overall program objectives with business and strategic goals .Entrepreneurial thinking, strong financial management, budgeting and negotiation skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business field (PMP certification very welcome).Fluent in German and English.This role is remote, based in Germany, and involves occasional travel to our offices in Berlin and Kiel for client meetings.About UsArrive, with brands such as EasyPark, Flowbird, RingGo, ParkMobile, YourParkingSpace and Parkopedia, is a leading global mobility platform.
