Program Manager – Engineering & Operations (Manufacturing Environment) Full-Time | HybridA growing industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple interconnected projects that support strategic business and operational goals. This position plays a critical role in aligning cross-functional initiatives, standardizing processes, and strengthening project management discipline across engineering and operations teams.What You’ll DoOversee program-level plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are executed on time and within scope.Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple projects to maintain alignment and momentum.Lead governance reviews and provide visibility into progress, risks, and key decision points for leadership teams.Partner with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure program outcomes support broader business objectives.Serve as a change agent by promoting PMO standards, driving process adoption, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).PMP certification preferred; experience with structured project management frameworks highly valued.8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management.Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.Strong communication, organization, and change-management skills.Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments is strongly preferred.This opportunity is ideal for a program leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building structure across teams, and is motivated by delivering measurable results.
