Program Manager

(Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Program Manager in our aeronautics team.As a Program Manager at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.Your responsibilities :Lead large-scale aerospace programs, executing program plans and implementing recovery actions for deviations.Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Industrialization, Quality, Purchasing), fostering collaboration, coaching team members, and ensuring high performance.Serve as the primary customer interface (SPOC), handling contract management, identifying deviations, and negotiating impacts.Monitor and drive key KPIs (financial margin, on-time delivery, quality), updating dashboards and reporting to senior management during monthly steering committees.Build and leverage internal and external networks to resolve complex program issues efficiently.Support the Program Office by contributing experience and driving continuous improvement of program management processes.Your profile :Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Industrial) with a strong interest in finance, commercial matters, and industrial management3–5 years of experience in roles such as Program Manager, Bid Manager, Project Manager, Senior PMO, Lead Engineer, or Key Account Manager within the manufacturing industry (e.g., Aerospace, Automotive, Naval, Railway, Steel, Consumer Goods).Fluent in French and English, with a good working knowledge of Dutch.Demonstrated experience managing international programs or projects; prior experience in Defense Programs is a plus.Proven leadership and collaborative skills beyond formal hierarchical structures; strong team player.Analytical, structured, and pragmatic, with a “no-nonsense” approach.Capable of identifying and leveraging opportunities while managing uncertainties in a program environment.Strong communicator, able to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?Great projects in Engineering and High Technologies through major players to develop your technical skills and hard skills,Knowledge sharing processes though our competences centers and experts' communities to grow your multi-sectorial knowledge,A strong development plan to improve your soft skills such as Leadership, Communication skills, Change & People management capabilities…A full package made of gross salary on 13.92 months, lunch allowance, entertainment expenses, company car & fuel card, group insurances,A friendly, lively working environment within a dynamic and motivated team !!
