They provide leadership, strategic vision, and guidance to manage multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, facilitating consistent and timely delivery of program goals. This role is essential in driving complex client engagements and fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve our mission of transforming financial services technology for the benefit of our clients.What you will do:Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring their satisfaction.Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.Track program performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report the progress to senior management.Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.What you will need to have:10+ years of experience in project and program management and/or consulting experience.10+ years of experience in matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.10+ years of experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries.10+ years of experience with project management tools, especially Microsoft Project.What would be great to have:Advanced Degree in relevant field.10+ years of supervisory/management experience.Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.Six Sigma or LEAN certification.ProSci ADKAR or Change Management experience or certification.
