DescriptionThe Fulfilment Network Planning Team (FNP) of the Amazon Japan Operation is looking for Program Managers. Amazon is looking for experienced people who can contribute to this business. FNP is a central team launched in 2021 to support the rapid expansion of Amazon's logistics network. We have more than 100 locations, including the Fulfilment Center (FC) and External Fulfilment (EF), which are the cornerstones of the Operation business. We are continuously improving in terms of operation cost while we maintain the delivery speed and we lead the execution. The Program Manager in this position is responsible for important programs to manage and operate the FC/EF Network more efficiently as a member of the PLEX (Planning and Execution) of the FNP team.Key job responsibilities[Program Manger's Important Responsibilities]・Leading the peak readiness as well as execution management as single thread owner of first mile team・Reducing the operation cost in short-tem(3months), medium-term(6months) and long-term(1~3years) each.・Responsible to create strategy in long term volume planning by closely working with supply chain teamA day in the life[Working style] ・Flextime ※ Standard working hours 8 hours/day and business hours is 9-18 (also consider personal circumstances). Working at office is required everyday.About The TeamThis position works as a member of the PLEX (Planning and Execution) team within Amazon Japan's FNP team. Our team is in charge of a wide range of tasks, from short to long-term ranges, so that we can operate our ever-expanding Operation Network more efficiently, and we are making improvements day by day so that we can deliver products with a rich selection of products, sufficient inventory volume, and quick delivery speed to our customers.
