Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Requirements 5 years of experience in product consulting, product management, or related roles with a strong record of client engagement and satisfaction. Lead client engagements by conducting thorough needs assessments, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and facilitating strategy workshops to ensure successful adoption of customer solutions. Develop and maintain deep product expertise, offering thought leadership on best practices and emerging industry trends to both clients and internal teams. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to influence product enhancements and roadmap decisions based on client insights. Design and deliver customized training programs that empower clients to fully leverage product capabilities and maximize ROI. Track and report on client satisfaction and product usage, proactively identifying challenges and driving long-term customer success. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience delivering compelling product demonstrations to varied audiences. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Experience in the eCommerce domain, particularly with SAP Hybris, CCV2, or Commerce Tools, with strong understanding of market landscape and competitive positioning. Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools for tracking client interactions and product performance. Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
