The Company Counts More Than 25 Years Of Operation In The Defense And Security Sectors, Where It Specializes In The Specification, Design, Development, Integration, Installation, Testing And Follow-on Support OfTactical Data Links and Interoperability SolutionsMission and Command & Control SystemsSurveillance solutionsSCYTALYS is currently looking for skilled Program Manager, passionate about his/her field of work.ResponsibilitiesManage and lead Project delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.Track Project health and manage deviations from baselined constraints.Report Project status to stakeholders at all applicable levels.Identify project risks and opportunities and effectively manage risk mitigation actions.Build high performance project teams and lead projects to a successful completion.Communicate with clarity and precision to project team, leadership, and customer.Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders and resolve conflicts.Lead and participate in Bid & Proposal efforts by developing detailed project plans to include:Statement of Work (SoW)Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)Project CostProvide comprehensive project documentation and relevant reporting.Understand processes and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures.Drive initiatives to meet the business goals of organization.Required SkillsUniversity Degree in Engineering/IT and/or Business Administration.Experience with various approaches (Agile, Lean and Waterfall) to manage the development and delivery of Software and Hardware integrated systems and solutions.Proven track record of projects execution and supporting competitive Public Bids/Proposals.Ability to lead a Project team and maximize engagement.Goal orientedGood presentation skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-ProjectExcellent English language reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.PMP Certification (preferable)We OfferCompetitive remuneration packagePrivate Medical Insurance packageContinuous learning in new technologiesOpportunity to work in large-scale projects with talented people
