Project Manager – Internal Processes

About the roleKrannich Solar, one of Europe’s leading distributors of photovoltaic systems, is looking for a Project Manager to support the development and optimization of internal processes and projects across the Eastern European region.The position is based on-site at our facilities in Ionia, Thessaloniki and involves collaboration with international teams within the Krannich group.⸻Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage internal operational projects • Support the improvement and digitalization of internal processes • Work with teams across the Eastern Europe region • Monitor project timelines, progress and reporting • Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives⸻Requirements • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Strong computer and digital skills • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities • Strong communication and teamwork skills⸻Preferred Qualifications • Experience with SoftOne ERP • Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms • Previous experience in project management or process improvement⸻What we offer • Competitive compensation package • Private health insurance (Interamerican) • International and dynamic working environment • Participation in projects supporting the growth of Krannich Solar in Eastern Europe
