If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job DescriptionThe Program/Project Manager will be based in Shenzhen.Position Responsibilities:The Program/Project Manager will be in charge of managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (time, cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization for NPI (New Product Introduction), Production Sustaining, Production Transfer or Product Phase Out.Define the scope, budget and schedule baselines for the Industrialization activities, based on customer/design project schedule.Communicate design project requirements, scope, schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional industrialization teamsWork with the key internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, team and resolve issues in order to hold up the project scope, budget and schedule.Track & manage project expenses against project budget.Communicate project status, including financial status, to the project steering team on a regular basis, and resolve issues as needed.Manage change control, developing new project baselines for approved changes, and communicating new baselines to the project team.Hold up key stakeholders in technical discussions with involved teams, including R&D, and operations teams.Guide the project in accordance with the Flex Product Life Cycle (FPLC) processes.Participation in management gate reviews to represent industrialization status & risk assessment for the project.What a typical day looks like:Communication with internal & external cross functions teams(conference meeting/email/calling etc.)Drive and follow up Product Build readinessHold up project meetings to review DFM, Quality, Inbound capability issues.Quote Review support & Quote vs. Actual analysisProduction capacity & capability review to support customer deliveryPCN/ECN managementProduct End of Life management if anyOther coordination activitiesThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:5-8 years+ Program/project Management Experience in product industrialization area, with people management experience would be preferredStrong in interpersonal and communications skills and language expression capabilityFluent in English, possess listening, speaking, reading and writing capabilitiesAbility of logical thinking/problem solving/data analysisWith high level executive reporting mindset and skillsPower product background is preferredAccept business travel(both domestic and abroad)What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Social InsuranceHousing fundPTOSiteFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
