This role involves:Curating and designing bootcamps, programmes, events and sessions to help support the various parties Delivering sessions, sourcing relevant speakers and creating cohesive programmesWorking with our delegates and students, as well as our partners, sponsors and speakers to maximise the value and impact of the programmes Working with the broader financial services community to build up a team of happy and willing mentors and supporters who can add additional value Representing the Verve Foundation at industry events, promotional activities and in trade press Nurturing and developing relationships with key sponsors and supporters Nurturing and developing the Programme Support (additional role currently being recruited for).About you This is a crucial role in the next steps of the Verve Foundation and we are looking for someone who:Is a self-starter: The role offers a huge amount of autonomy; this is not a role where you will be given detailed processes to follow. Instead, the person needs to have the overarching mission of the Foundation in their heart and mind, coupled with the creativity to design the best delivery approach, for our delegates and for us.Has an entrepreneurial mindset: Balancing the effort needed to build the Foundation alongside the challenges of it being a teeny business with limited resources is key. We're essentially a tiny charity, but with the ambitions of a massive conglomerate! Is no stranger to financial services: As a minimum, you'll need to hold a Level 4 financial services qualification and have a deep understanding of the industry and it's challenges. A born leader: Ideally you'd also have some management experience and confident in nurturing the next hire(s) through the business. We're open-minded to what you previous experience in finance looks like (i.e. adviser, paraplanner, trainer, business owner, provider side etc.) but instead what's key to the success of this hire is that the they have the skills and attributes to succeed and the heart and mind to drive doing more good in the industry.Standard benefits25 days holiday allowance; plus bank holidays; plus Christmas close-down and your birthday off if it falls on a weekday.Personal development budget (for exams, training, anything to help you excel!)Hybrid or fully remote options available, depending on role and experience.Access to lifestyle benefits such as meditation app and high street discount & rewards appDeath in service coverPension contributions 2 official annual company parties (part of the wider group of Verve companies) Anything else?No stuffy dress codesLots of health and wellbeing programme and initiatives; and of course...Being part of a company with a higher purpose and strong valuesDue to this flexibility, and as a not-for-profit organisation, salary is very much dependent on experience.
