You will partner with senior leaders, coordinate multi-stream teams, and drive the successful execution of a programme that is strategically critical to the organisations global portfolio.As the Programme Manager, you will:Own and run the full programme workplanDrive governance, reporting, and performance metricsConnect interdependent teams across time zonesIntegrate design sprints and implementation planningLead risk and issue managementBuild and maintain the Cost Leadership PlaybookSupport the Programme LeaderFoster operational excellence and continuous improvementWere Looking For a high-impact leader with:10+ years programme/project management experience (global, hybrid/agile a plus)Strong mining or heavy industrial sector exposureExperience working with geographically dispersed operational teamsDeep knowledge of programme governance, risk, and multi-stream deliveryStrong communication and executive-level engagement skillsA strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approachA project management or financial qualification is highly advantageous.
