Programme Manager – Global Tech (Luzern) I’m supporting a fast-growing international technology business. They’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager to drive complex implementations, lead strategic bids, and strengthen governance across global projects. What you’ll be doing:Owning the full bid lifecycle: RFP/RFI management, coordination, and on-time delivery of highly regulated bids on a low frequency basis.Leading multi-market implementation programmes across product, engineering, commercial, finance, legal, and external partners.Creating and maintaining structured governance frameworks, project plans, reporting and estimations.Aligning commercial and technical stakeholders, simplifying complex updates for senior leadership.Running workshops, steering committees and cross-functional sessions to ensure clarity, alignment and progress.Managing risks, dependencies and delivery confidence across large, multi-layered workstreams.Important note:- This is not a hands off management position with a large team to support you, we're not looking for someone who's great at creating powerpoints, talking about "strategy", sitting in endless meetings and instructing others. This is a hands on Project / Programme Management role. You will be getting stuck into projects and driving things forwards. What you bring:6+ years’ experience in large-scale programme delivery (ERP, digital platforms, multi-tenant systems, etc.).Strong background in bid management or pre-sales for complex technology solutions.Experience in highly regulated environmentsExcellent stakeholder management, storytelling and documentation skills.Ability to operate across both waterfall and agile delivery environments.Strong organisational discipline, attention to detail and ability to drive progress in ambiguous environments.Comfortable with regular international travel.Excellent English required.Hybrid set up with 1-2 days per week in Luzern (non-negotiable).
