This role is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex, interconnected projects across international teams, ensuring alignment with programme goals and strategic objectives. The individual will work in a matrix environment, collaborating with Group Technology and global operating companies to drive transformation and service improvement.What you will doLead the planning, organisation, and execution of programme activities to meet defined objectivesDevelop and manage detailed work plans and schedules, identifying dependencies and allocating resources effectivelyMonitor progress across programmes and associated projects, implementing adjustments to ensure successful outcomesUphold project management governance standards and apply best practices across all delivery phasesProvide accurate reporting on progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolutionEngage and manage internal matrix teams and external third-party stakeholders to ensure collaborative deliveryWho you areProven experience in delivering programmes on time, within budget, and to specificationSkilled in managing multiple, complex projects across the full lifecycle of product developmentAdept at working in international matrix environments with cross-functional teamsStrong communicator with excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilitiesExperienced in people management, resource planning, and conflict resolutionFamiliar with transformation initiatives and committed to continuous service improvementCertified in Prince2, PMP, Agile or SAFe methodologiesSolid understanding of infrastructure components and their interdependenciesNot a Perfect Fit?Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
