INNCON GROUP is looking for Programmer (Software Development)Job Description / ResponsibilityDesign, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications using Laravel and modern full stack technologies.Develop efficient, scalable, and reusable PHP modules and services.Build responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of applications.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases.Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow best practices in development.Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team growth.Any other task assigned by the Management.Educational RequirementsMaster of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringSkills Required: IT Support Service, Accounting Software, Software DevelopmentExperience Requirements3 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Software Company,Real Estate,Group of CompaniesRequired Experience:Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.Experience with relational databases like MySQL.Advanced proficiency in Laravel (PHP Framework).Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern JavaScript framework (Vue.js, etc.).Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Must have work experience in UI and UX.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Job LocationDhakaSalaryTk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
