This position is based in the Goodwin office in St. Louis.Position SummaryThe Project Administrator collaborates with various people within the company to provide administrative support, including, but not limited to, entering certified payrolls, uploading information to online platforms, attending meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes. This position acts as a central point of contact for meetings, system information, and updated company and project details. This role requires someone with administrative skills, an ability to learn quickly, an understanding of construction terminology and basic processes, and the flexibility to adjust to various situations. A heavy focus on dates and deadlines is critical in this role. Strong organizational skills needed include time management, multitasking, and attention to detail. This individual will need strong interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication skills.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma required; College classes or degree preferredOne year of experience working in an administrative setting with strict deadlines and detailed informationOne year in a position with heavy use of online systems, software, and MicroSoft officeJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Work in eComply, Trimble, and B2G software platforms to maintain current information, submit updates, enter payroll details, audit information for ongoing updates, resolve discrepancies, send communications, upload documents and photos, and schedule meetingsAttend a number of established weekly meetings each day of the week to take minutes and track informationCompile and send out an updated agenda prior to each meetingActively listen to the contents of each meeting and take detailed, accurate minutes that must be sent out by a specified deadlineUpdate Payrolls Hours Log Weekly for Goodwin Bros and subs for Workforce Audits Provide administrative support for STL DBIA (Design Build Institute of America) meetings by compiling agendas, preparing minutes for the board, preparing flyers, finding event locations, and ordering foodMaintain and prepare current forms, templates, logs, and letters for project proposals, documentation, and communicationHelp compile resumes for projectsSet Up Partnering Sessions, Kickoff Meetings, Milestone Lunches, and other events by sending invites, finding a location, and ordering foodSet up calendar invites for Award Submissions for different organizations we may be submitting projects onMaintain various registrations, RSVPs, and event scheduling Organize Team Building Events Order supplies for offices, schedule needed resources, deliver/drop off equipment and paperwork, and provide general administrative supportCOMPENSATION: The starting compensation range is $60,000 to $80,000. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.BENEFITS:Medical and prescription coverage with eligibility on the 1st of the month following the first full month of employment.
