Our unwavering mission is to provide an outstanding care experience rooted in genuine compassion and humble dedication to our seniors’ well-being.Position: PM Clinical SupervisorPosition SummaryEden Vista Burr Ridge, a a compassionate and resident-centered assisted living facility is seeking an experienced and highly skilled PM Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team.This role plays a key part in supporting the overall clinical operations during the 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift, ensuring that quality standards, resident care, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a passion for delivering exceptional care to residents.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and supervision of nursing staff during the PM shift.Conduct assessments for new admissions, changes in resident condition, and discharges.Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care planning and documentation.Assist in staff training, mentorship, and performance monitoring.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using PointClickCare (PCC).Serve as a resource and leader to ensure a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment.Participate in on-call responsibilities every other weekend.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing setting.Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois preferred.Strong clinical skills and knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC).Demonstrated ability to assess residents effectively, manage complex situations, and make sound decisions.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Commitment to fostering teamwork and delivering quality outcomes.If you are a dedicated clinical leader looking to make an impact in a supportive and mission-driven environment, we invite you to apply today.
