Project / Office Administrator - Immediate StartLocation: LondonWe’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project / Office Administrator to join our team in central London. This is a dynamic role supporting both office operations and project delivery, offering a great opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team across construction, pre-contract and FF&E departments.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Project Director, Pre-Contract Manager, and Construction & Furniture teamsPrepare and distribute purchase ordersCollate and verify purchase orders and subcontractor invoicesMaintain up-to-date drawing folders and schedules on SharePoint and on-sitePrepare site files and compile Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&MMs)Coordinate building access for staff and suppliersManage and authorise timesheets for temporary staffTrack Client Variation Orders and liaise with the Accounts departmentSupport general office administration, including reception duties and welcoming visitorsHandle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, letters, parcels)Maintain office supplies and manage inventory (stationery, equipment, site clothing)Share responsibilities with the current Project AdministratorProvide diary and general PA support to the Founder as neededReporting to: Project Director / Construction DirectorWhat We’re Looking For:Strong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA team player who can also work independentlyFamiliarity with construction or project-based environments (desirable)Experience with SharePoint and basic financial admin (preferred)For more info apply with your CV or reach out - georgia@bigblue.uk.com
