Nastasi Consulting Group is a dynamic Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy servicing the residential, industrial, and commercial sectors across Australia’s east coast. With a strong client base including major project home builders, developers, and private clients, we’re looking for a proactive and diligent Project Administrator to join our team for an immediate start. About the Role Location: Sutherland - Easily accessible by public transport (just 700 meters from train station) Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary Package: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (negotiable, based on experience) This is a varied and fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy office environment. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative, scheduling, and accounts-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Schedule a high volume of construction jobs daily into the CRM system Manage and allocate incoming enquiries from the centralised inbox, ensuring prompt distribution of job orders and queries. Communicate regularly with clients, providing timely updates on job progress to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Issue a large volume of jobs to internal teams and external contractors Allocate and process purchase orders through the CRM system, ensuring accurate job costing. Generate and issue invoices via the CRM system and MYOB. Assisting team with incoming calls through the main switchboard, directing enquiries appropriately. Provide general office support and carry out various ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination roleStrong communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone mannerExceptional attention to detail and a high level of focus are essentialProven ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet tight deadlinesExcellent organisational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with accounting software (MYOB preferred) Experience using Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regardedExperience in the engineering, construction, or project home building industries is desirable.Why Join Us?
