As a Project Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Programme Manager to support and lead key projects that ensure compliance, operational excellence, and risk mitigation across our client business.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and managing detailed project plans for 2025/2026, including dependencies and milestones.Ensuring project outcomes address regulatory reporting breaches without disrupting live services.Supporting governance structures (SteerCos, Working Groups) to maintain transparency and accountability.Managing risks, issues, and financials across assigned projects.Representing projects at senior forums and providing clear, data-driven updates.Maintaining project documentation and reporting tools (e.g., Clarity).Driving delivery of specific initiatives such as:Swift Settlement Center upgradeFXall Admin enhancementsRegulatory reporting remediation (FCA, ESMA, CBI)Strengthening internal controlsMust-Haves:3+ years of experience in project management within complex, fast-paced environmentsStrong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in MS Office (especially MS Project)Experience managing budgets, risks, and project governanceDegree-level education or equivalentResilience and a delivery-focused mindsetNice-to-Haves:Knowledge of FX products and regulatory frameworksProject management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP)Experience using Clarity or similar project management tools
