Project Analyst, Program Mgmt. Digital & Innovation (MY & Regional) Technology, Cards, Group CFS (Shah Alam)

This position requires someone with a strong business and IT analytical experience in Cards platforms who is able to support project management and deliverable These include the followingMaintain and update detailed project plans, trackers, and RAID logs.Prepare project status reportsFollow up on action items with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.Coordinate meetings, workshops, and minutes with clear documentation.Analyze project requirement, create JIRA stories, carry out testing execution / support.Assist in project documentation including BFRDs/JIRAs/FRDs, testing plans, and change requests.Monitor project milestones & ensure data integrity across tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)Ensure projects are planned and executed in line with the PMO approachManage projects deliverables according to the standards and expectations of the PMORequirement:Bachelor's degreeExposure in project coordination, or PMO rolesDetail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independentlyDisplay good planning qualities to drive the implementation of initiativesSelf-motivated, able to work independently and take up responsibilities within project based workstreams with minimal supervisionHighly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Jira, ConfluenceFamiliarity with project lifecycle, SDLC, or Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage
