Company Description DAA Architects Limited is the premier specialist architectural hotel design firm in Nigeria, providing services in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, and Procurement Advice for the hospitality industry in West Africa. The company has collaborated with renowned operators such as Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Radisson, Best Western, and Movenpick. Current projects include a 142-key Hyatt Regency hotel in Lagos, a 170 key Radisson hotel in Benin, and a 120-key Radisson Hotel. The firm also has extensive experience providing design services across Nigeria and in Ghana. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect based in Lagos. The Project Architect will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects, preparing schematic and design development submittals, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with operator standards, and overseeing the design documentation process. Qualifications Skills in Architecture and Project ManagementExperience in preparing and reviewing detail design documentation.Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)Strong communication and client coordination abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldProfessional licensure in architecture is preferredExperience in the hospitality industry is a plus
