Project Architect

Rhythm Careers is representing a well-established Dublin-based design practice looking to hire experienced Architects and Project Architects. This is a hands-on role within a team delivering high-quality residential developments across Ireland. The successful candidate will be involved in projects from planning through to construction, producing detailed drawings and specifications in Revit, and ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations and RIAI standards. You will work closely with the team, consultants, and contractors, attending site regularly to monitor progress and resolve technical issues, while producing clear construction detailing and documentation. Candidates should be qualified architects with RIAI registration (or working towards it) and have solid experience in residential developments. Strong knowledge of building regulations, experience at construction stages, regular on-site involvement, and proficiency in Revit are essential. Excellent organisation and communication skills are also important.
