Construction Quality and Safety Supervision: Oversee civil construction quality and safety measures per national standards and design drawings. Inspect acceptance and process standards of concealed work to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety goals. Schedule Management: Prepare individual schedules for civil engineering projects. Monitor construction progress dynamically, resolving critical issues affecting timelines to ensure on-schedule advancement. Technical Data and Drawing Management: Organize drawing reviews and technical disclosures. Verify construction technical data (e.g., quantities, reports, drawings) for accuracy and compliance. Site Coordination and Resource Integration: Coordinate on-site work among supervision, contractors, and suppliers. Resolve cross-disciplinary conflicts and review safety plans to maintain a standardized and orderly construction environment. Cost and Contract Management: Participate in technical bid preparation, contract drafting, and quantity reviews. Control construction costs by reviewing change orders and visas to avoid unnecessary expenditures. Acceptance and Documentation Management: Organize project section acceptance.
