Company OverviewBIPO is seeking senior level programmer to get involved in development of Regional HRMS product to ensure functionality, quality, ease-of-use, intuitive user experience, and maintainability objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of the BIPO HRMS Application to ensure successful delivery according to client requirements and project timelines.Provide advanced first- and second-level application or technical support, ensuring complex incidents and escalations are analyzed, resolved, and documented effectively.Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of issues raised by project or application support consultants, and ensure timely and permanent resolutions.Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance and R&D teams to identify software issues, reproduce system errors through controlled testing, and coordinate the delivery of validated program fixes.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) by providing in-depth knowledge, training, and best practices on system functionality, integration, and optimization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across internal processes, system documentation, and solution design to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.Mentor, guide, and coach junior consultants, fostering their growth in technical knowledge, project management skills, and adherence to organizational standards.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations on HR process enhancements and HRMS best practices to optimize business outcomes.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in HRIS/HRMS project implementation, application support, or consulting, with a strong understanding of HR systems and business processes.Proven ability to manage multiple projects or client engagements simultaneously while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Office, and data analysis or reporting tools.Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, Product, or Support) to resolve technical or functional issues.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience guiding junior consultants or project team members.Highly customer-focused, adaptable, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.Certifications in HRIS, PMP®, PRINCE2®, or related domains are an advantage.
