Project Control Manager

Mostly Remote- but needs to live in Nova Scotia,, Ottawa, ON or Victoria, BC and be flexible to go on client's meetings when necessary6 months contract- possibility of conversion or extension5+years of experience in project management with a project controls background specializing in risk management projectsSome experience with project scheduling with a deep understanding of its scheduling, resource management, and reporting functionalities e.g. working with Primavera or P6Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.Strong experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale projects.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Experience supporting government agenciesAn active Secret Clearance or Reliability ClearancePreferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.Experience in defense, naval, transportation sector.Knowledge of other project management software tools (MS Project, Asta Powerproject, etc.).Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
