Job Description
Key Responsibilities To manage the project control resources required to deliver a multiple cross-functional engineering project. To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule development, update and maintenance in Primavera and Microsoft Project according to the WBS Guidelines. Working Knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Possess working experience with Cost Control, Earned Value Management, Budgets, Estimating, Change Management, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting Progress and Performance, and Project Funding. Establish project budget, baselines, and report variances. Monitoring and managing the scope of work in the contract Basic experience and understanding of estimating and benchmarking. Provide inputs for contract management. Assist and support project manager in financial project close-out. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Develop and maintain detailed Cash flow and Commitment flow throughout the project phases. Good interpersonal and collaborating skills. Good organization and prioritization skills to execute work accurately and largely self-directed, handle multiple priorities and analyse reports and trend activities. Review and validate contractual compliance of project invoices. At the completion of the project, develop and ensure recording of the project’s historical cost information and “lessons learned” for future use. Provide support to track project progress and perform analysis of bottlenecks, trends, and critical path. Identify and communicate project risks and develop mitigation plans. Prepare project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and changes. Develop custom projects reports as needed to facilitate project discussions. Willingness to travel and visit project work locations. Capable and experienced in preparing various reports and presentations of the projects periodically.
