Job DescriptionThe Project Control Team Leader provides leadership to the project planning, administration, control and documentation team. Responsible for recruitment, employee development, performance management, workload allocation, prioritization and team utilization. You will assist the Project Manager with current changes, provide insights on department predictions, and play a key role in the leadership team.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Work in partnership with European Operations to quantify service levels and set achievable goals for the teamCoordinate service quality, adherence to procedures and ensures implementation of continuous improvement processes Works with project managers to develop team targets and reporting structureEnsure all team resources have an appropriate training and development plan and a regularly reviewed Performance Excellence Plan (PEP)Implement programs to ensure they maintain a motivated, engaged and high performing teamHandle and report resource billing to appropriate activity codes through ClaritySupport manager projects with communication, planning and forecastingInnovates the processes related to the quality assurance system management relevant to the project executionEnsures the quality of work in accordance with the procedures and standards in force. Reports corrective actions and ensures that everything is well completed within the operational activitiesEnsures all project requirements are met in an appropriate mannerEnsures that all export compliance management processes are followedWho You AreYou understand internal and external collaborators requirements, expectations, and needs. You formulate a clear strategy and map steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals.
