Description Of Duties Under The Contract Of EmploymentThere are 4 primary responsibilities of the Project Control Team, which must undertake in coordination with the Specialist Verticals:PlanningMonitoringControlReportingPLANNING:During project acquisition and preparatory stages, to plan for time, cost, specification, procurement, safety, quality, risk, and resource allocation.MonitoringDuring the project execution phase, monitor progress of all aspects with respect to the plan.ControlMitigation of any deviation from the plan found during monitoring. Ensuring project progresses as per the plan.ReportingSPOC to all stakeholders; regular reporting both internally and externally.The company perceives the Project Control Team as the key bridge between:High-level strategic project goals and its successful ground-level implementation.Senior Management communication to the Execution team.Various cross-functional Specialist Verticals like Business Development, Design, MEP, Quantity Surveying, and Construction.Principal ResponsibilitiesAssist Business Development department in preparing the comprehensive design and cost package. Be the technical representative of the company during the project acquisition process.Prepare design brief & estimate with the potential client and coordinate with relevant specialist verticals for presentation package.Define the project organization and governance.Plan the overall program and monitor the progress.Review Design with respect to adherence to clients' brief, buildability, completeness, and coordination of drawings, adherence to budget and specs.Define and manage the project estimate/budget.Manage risks and take timely corrective measurements.Coordinate interdependencies among various Specialist Verticals (e.g., design, MEP, Procurement, etc.).Track and manage Project Revenue (client billing) and Project Expenses (vendor payments).Visit sites regularly and provide quality reports, ensuring design and spec compliance.Convene and chair coordination meetings with external partners, stakeholders, and internal project teams.Manage and utilize resources across projects.Generate and manage stakeholders communication as well as internal project reporting.Desired ProfileB. Arch / B.E / B.Tech full-time course from a recognized and accredited University. Full-time PG in Project Management course from a reputed institute is mandatory.The Program Manager Must Have Strong Practical Experience In Project Management, Which Was Gained Through Managing Large And Complex Projects. He Or She Must Have The FollowingAbility to understand and address issues across Specialist Verticals; requires being unbiased between specialists and solving problems with the best intention of the project goals in mind.Ability to coordinate between design, cost, and construction targets.Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques.Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals and specialists involved in program management.Strong leadership and management skills.Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.Traveling and attending site meetings within the city and beyond is required.Ability to communicate with clients in a professional manner, in English, both verbal and written.Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and MS Project).Commitment to excellence and high standards.Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.LocationsMumbai
