Sierra LeoneProject Coordinator - Nationals OnlyOrganizationCAUSE CanadaPosted 8 Nov 2025 Closing date 19 Nov 2025Position Summary: The primary function of the Project Coordinator includes supporting the field teams and the Program Manager in the implementation of the Empower Her Project. Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of SRHR project activities.This position reports to the Program ManagerEssential Responsibilities And DutiesSupport in compiling timely project reports and other donor’s requirements while ensuring gathering of relevant data and performing weekly and monthly analysis.Provide ongoing technical support and capacity-building to Field Monitors during program implementation. Organize and lead technical trainings as needed.Provide technical support to strengthen and standardize programming across sites, including psychosocial support activities and case management systems, outreach and prevention strategies, and awareness-raising efforts.Provide guidance on information-sharing and data-management systems.Compile monthly and quarterly reports, on time and with accurate data.Coordinate with religious leaders and women’s associations to strengthen support and information networks.Assist in recruitment and support of qualified program staff as needed.Regular field visits to support field teams.Ensure compliance with donor regulations.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program ManagerQualificationsDegree in social work, public health, international development or other relevant field of study preferred.Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in SRHR or related fields.Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and proficiency in data management and analysis.Proficient in computer applications, especially with MS Word and MS Excel, KoboCollect is a plus.A minimum of five to seven years of field experienceFamiliarity with international humanitarian operations, coordination structures, and the mandates of donors, UN agencies, and other NGOs.ExperienceA minimum of five to seven years of field experienceFamiliarity with international humanitarian operations, coordination structures, and the mandates of donors, UN agencies, and other NGOs.How to applyPlease submit your CV and cover letter to: abdul.carter@cause.caAll job offers are subject to satisfactory references and relevant background checks.Job detailsCountrySierra LeoneSourceCAUSE CanadaTypeJobCareer categoryProgram/Project ManagementYears of experience5-9 yearsThemesGenderHealthShare Share this on Facebook Share this on X Post this on LinkedIn
